About me
My mother is a lousy cook, so at a fairly young age I decided to figure this cooking business out so someone could fix the family a decent meal. Later on, when I started living on my own I found the food my flatmates cooked revolting, so I started cooking for them. That is when the fun kicked in because they appreciated it and apparently I had some talent. From that moment on I started to develop recipes, read about food, collect cookbooks, learn from chefs, both professionally trained and homestyle. I'm still learning every day. Besides cooking and eating I like photography, literature and classic cars and motorcycles (I own a '72 Volvo).
