Currently lovin' It's really hot in texas already and I miss the fall and winter months, so I've been turning down the air conditioning and cooking things that remind me of the fall/winter season : ) oh ....and noodle dishes, I swear I'm addicted to chicken low mein LOL.

Hi out there in foodie land ; ) There isn't anything about cooking that I don't love, from everything to the creating of an idea, to the gathering of ingredients, to the cutting and stiring, baking and tasting... you name it LOL It's such a thereputic experience for me, I'm not an expert yet but I can hold my own : ) I was so happy when I found this website, I love discovering new recipes and sharing some old favorites : ) : )

Between that and a recipe addiction, I'm kept pretty busy...thanks for your comments on the mud pie cookies - they're really very easy to make, and they taste a lot like the "pinwheel" cookies you pay $5 for 12 in the grocery store!
