About me
Hello I'm a full time professional who enjoys great food. I live in the country with my husband and 2 dogs and 1 old cat. We frequently head north for some wonderful fly fishing and relaxing at our camper. I enjoy a challenge when I have time to cook, but I am also looking for quick great tasting food to make during the week. I love to bake but since neither of us need the calories I am trying not to do that! We enjoy lamb and seafood, but will try anything.
