About me
I enjoy cooking but am unable to do as much as I would like because of MS. I love simple food with lots of flavour e.g. Steak with Bearnaise sauce or grilled cod with sweet chili relish. I like indian and chinese food but rarely cook them as I find most restaurants do a better job than I can. Probably my favourite cuisines are Spanish and Japanese although there is nothing that I wouldn't try. I have several gadgets in my kitchen which I couldn't do without - a Bamix hand blender with Slicesy processor, a Bron Mandolin and a Thermomix/Bimby - it's not that I'm lazy, just clumsy.
