About me
I grew up cooking in the kitchen. My Mother and Father divorced when I was only 6. My Mother always worked a lot of hours. While she was working I used to watch cooking shows through the day. My first real cooking victory was while watching the Frugal Gourmet, I actually made his version of Won Ton soup. It turned out so good!! I was absolutely hooked. At that time we were living in Southern Arizona 80 miles from Douglas. There was a lady that used to bring up fresh homemade Tamales. So I made it my goal to make them as good as hers. I've came very close to this. I've fell in love with many different kinds of food from just about every part of the world. If it taste's good I want to know about it.:) I'm also an avid Homebrewer, Been brewing Beer since 1992. English and German beers being my favorite styles to make. Grew up in Ohio moved to Middle Tennessee for the last 4 years. Anyways I'm working on improving my webpages and cooking and making good BEER!! :)
