About me
I am a vegan in a family that has a 50/50 split of vegans and omnivores in it, and I am the one that does all the cooking. Keeping over 13 people happy during meals, while making sure there are plenty of vegan options available is difficult, especially when you have over 100 rescued animals in that mix that all get their meals prepared by me. Where possible i like to make raw dishes, as i feel they are healthier.
