Hello everyone, I'm not really an intermediate cook but I'm not a beginner either. I love cooking and is still learning. I just turn vegetarian for 4 months but my people around me are meat eater, so I still have to cook meat at some point but not to taste it, hmm I guess you'll wonder "what about taste?" don't worry, I normally get some guinea pigs (my friends and family) to do the tasting hee hee. well I'll try to upload some of my day to day meal in the very near future. Hope you can give some advice and comment. P.S. I'm a vegetarian doesn't mean everyone around me has to be one :) all of my vegetarian recipes will not contain garlic and onion, obviously you can improvise all my recipes to get the taste you want, hope you enjoy them!
