The Feingold diet is eliminates all additives and food colorings that have been linked to ADD, Autisim and behavior problems in children... we can have almost all "real" food with the exception of certain fruits and vegitables that contain a chemical that acts similar to asprin in our bodies. (Most tropical friuts and melons are fine). For someone who is used to opening cans and fixing a box of something, this is quite a life changing experience! Smiles! Sky
