About me
I love to cook and invent my own recipes. ..favorites are appetizers, finger foods and breads. i've been cooking for 50 years. My love of cooking is attributed to my Mother and both Grandmas. The cookbook collection is growing and needs to be thinned out somewhat but they keep coming anyway. I have a 36 year old son who is an excellent cook as well. My personal cookbook has been in the works for several years; thought it would be a good idea to write one so that my family will have MY recipes when they don't have me. The first small cookbook I wrote was in 1991 and was also for family; there are three. LOL Our German Shepherds are our children and they act as 'supervisory personnel' now that the two legged ones are out on their own. Husband, girls and I love to camp, boat, fish (although the only fish I eat is haddock) and cook...they are my food critics. Hope to be able to add good recipes to this site every so often.
