Currently lovin' What I'm having now a pork chop seared on one side in a heavy iron pan cover off highly seasoned with cumin, habenero, garlic, onion, and shiitake mushrooms on top poached in a white wine with an Asian type oil for 5 minutes cover on total time 7minutes a 5min nuked potatoe a green salad with a balsamic & basil dressing and a cranberry & green chili salsa... .
