About me
Grew up with Grandmother in the kitchen and been cooking since I was 7. Mother was County Lunchroom supervisor in East Tennessee and collected a ton of good ole down home dishes. Currently into the more healthy southern dishes by what the heck - sometimes you got to heat up the oil and fry it.......Really enjoy baking (especially breads) and making relishes and spicy condiments to give to friends. Currently looking into bottling my Datil Pepper recipe......
