Currently lovin' Right now my goal is to learn more about cooking Thai food. I bought some ginger root at the Asian market and have the burning need to use it all up before it goes bad (and I have no idea about ginger root shelf life.).

About me
I stay at home now with my 2 1/2 year old, but before that, I worked in medical data entry for a little over 7 years. I love to cook, and am pretty decent at following recipes. I have yet to become comfortable creating my own, so I'm probably going to be a lurker here for a little while yet - contribution wise, anyway!

Hi, Congratulation! When I have a baby my dream is to stay at home with him/her. I truly believe that they grow up so fast that it is important for the mom to wiht them in the beganning years or else you will miss the most beautiful, exciting moments of their beganers life.
