Hi~ Thanks for wanting to be my cooking buddy. I was sorry to hear that your son has Celiac Spru... My mother in law also suffers from this. I've made many fun treats for her glutten free! I've used a lot of rice flour and no flour at all... Hope you had a special Christmas!

Thanks for friending me! The Chocolate Spice cookies are good, but were experimental, so I guessed a little while transcribing it, so it may take a little fussing- but in my experience, when dealing with chocolate, it's hard to make a mistake, just a different than intended outcome! Your daughter sounds lovely! My mom used to make us pasta like that when we didn't want tomato sauce. :) I look forward to sharing recipes with you!

Hello, would a potato crust be gluten free? I know your looking for one for a Quiche Recipe. If so look under my Smoked salmon and Goat cheese Quiche and there is a recipe there for a potato pie crust. Efitobx added it under alterations

You be careful out there as well in this blizzard. My kids have all been sick this week, so they are giving me grief because I don't want them to go out and play in the snow. So, I brought the snow to them! Big bowls of it from the backyard and they are having fun playing with it at the kitchen table. My youngest, 3 year old boy keeps making tiny snowballs and throwing them at his big sisters 14 & 12! Check out the new recipie that I added for Russian Hot Pot. My husband is Russian just like your little ones!
