About me
I've cooked for my kids for years- just the basics usually. I've not been one to experiment too much with recipes. I blame it on my medical background-- not much experimentation done there. You pretty much follow the recipe/protocol. Things changed recently though, when I began to date a man who does like to cook. We've enjoyed time together in the kitchen the last few months, even when my large serving spoon leaked dish water into his homemade salsa. At least I was able to laugh ... I am contemplating portion control these days as I've gained a few lbs. but it's not enough to keep me from enjoying the meals we produce.
