About me
My first memory of my love for food and the cooking process came from my grandmother when I was around 4 years old. She loved to cook and bake and I loved to watch and help her. Ever since then cooking and baking have been something I love to do as well. My number one passion is slow cooked BBQ anything and grilling everything. I make a mean garden style marinara sauce and just about anything Mexican. Have a garden and Garlic is king. My love of all types of ethnic foods stems from my multicultural background and my mom who is the chef in the family and was never afraid to try something new. FYI my user image is of a kitchen I built for a customer.
