About me
I live, eat, make wine, and brew beer in Cajun/Creole country outside Baton Rouge toward New Orleans in the Jambalaya Capital of the World, Gonzales Louisiana. The food culture here is amazing. While I am steeped deep in the food culture here I branch out to other parts of the world regularly. I love all things Sushi and Hispanic food that is not Tex-Mex. A good Paella has to be one of my favorite dishes. We have a large Hispanic population here with numerous Mexican groceries. I am also an Italian cusine nut. I am married to an Italian gal that cooks many of her family recipes that came over from the Old Country. I look forward to sharing and learning here.
