Call me Smye! I live in Australia and I enjoy a varying unique dish for my unique tastes and of course the usuals. I'll appreciate most recipes that don't unclude mushrooms, any sort of squash, clams, oysters or muscles and scallops...any other kind of seafood is fine by me. I don't like using alcohol in my cooking so I'll use substitutes for the same effect. Thai food intrigues me greatly..how you can get your fill to eat and feel more energized by it then anything else still amazes me. Plus it all seems relatively healthy. Distinctive desserts are always a pleasure of mine to make. They are something you can share with any and everybody and last for a little longer than just dinner... That will pretty much sum it up.
