About me
Cooking is more enjoyable for me when my husband and I cook together. I don't cook very often as a result of a busy and active lifestyle. I especially enjoy baking. I find that it is something I can do to relieve stress because it's something I have direct control over and can perfect, then share with others. I am not a very picky eater. Although I'm not a big seafood fan, I do like shrimp, calamari and fish. There are some ethnic cuisines that I am not crazy about. I'm partial to food linked to my heritage -- Italian and also Finnish (Upper Michigan foods like pasties, prune tarts, rhubarb desserts). I like spicy foods. I love cookies! I am interested in healthy foods and exploring vegan baking. I am married, no kids, but I have two adorable beagles. I work full-time.
