I really love tomatillo sauce, and I'm very happy, because I FINALLY found a store in my town that sells fresh tomatillos. Hooray! Some friends and I just threw a great dinner party with a fresh salsa theme... we made four kinds of gourmet salsas, one of which had roasted tomatillos in it. Everyone really liked that one.
