    I believe this is similar to how Mom makes it. I like that you are using fresh tomatoes. I got a bit tripped up by the cream and cheese. Finally figured out those are garnish directions. Slow reader here hehhe.

    Pointseven-out, you need to chill-out! ;-) Not all cakes have flour, like Flourless Chocolate Cakes. Some cakes just call for ground nuts as the "flour". It does make a much denser cake.

    Am I missing something? Where's the flour? Your cake is made up of hazelnuts, milk, and eggs! Does this make a cake? One more question. How can you receive two 5-fork ratings when there is an ingredient missing?

    If hazelnuts, milk, and eggs make a cake batter, I need someone to explain it to me. I'm sincerely stupified.

    Greetings and welcome to the foodie family. I look forward to sharing recipes with you, especially any that are regional to your area. = ) I love love love mexican food and cook it all the time. My favorites are carnitas, salsa and margaritas - as you can see from my page. I would love to have a good carne asada recipe. = )

    Hello Sofia! Sorry my reply isn't so prompt. Potato and onion enchiladas sound fantastic. I really love tomatillo sauce, and I'm very happy, because I FINALLY found a store in my town that sells fresh tomatillos. Hooray! Some friends and I just threw a great dinner party with a fresh salsa theme... we made four kinds of gourmet salsas, one of which had roasted tomatillos in it. Everyone really liked that one. So, if you have any more recipes with tomatillos, let me know about them... I would love to use them more in my cooking. Thank you! I hope you're having a good week, enjoy your weekend. Take care.     Hi Sogg! Your avocado and goat cheese salad is the latest recipe I've bookmarked -- it looks so good! Do you have any recipes for enchiladas using vegetables, or maybe vegetables and cheese together? I would love to make spinach enchiladas, but I don't really know how -- I have had some good ones at a local restaurant, though. I make my own recipe of enchiladas with zucchini, yellow squash, black beans, and cheese. It's tasty, but I love variety, and appreciate any suggestions you might have.
