I have now been gluten-free for over a year.As for baking,I no longer need a GF recipe as I can improvise easily. Will crave a certain dish and wont rest until I make it! Love to explore grocery stores when out of town.Known to drive a hundred miles for proper Asian grocery needs! Like strange & foreign cooking gadgets. I live in a small place with "cozy" kitchen and little counter space.
