About me
I am a stay-at-home mom for the past 20 years and have four children. Adam, 19, serving in Iraq, Elise who is 16, Andrew is 13 and Christian who is 10. My husband is an excellent cook and has taught all of our children how to cook. I have been cooking the same things for years and am looking for new options that are healthy as I am not getting any younger.

Much easier than grandma's version! Just because something takes two days to make doesn't mean it's better. I'm a fan!

I made this wonderful recipe! Thank you for something delicious to come home too. I used dried cranberries and zested an orange in with mine instead of the raisins. It was
