About me
Not a lot to me except that I am a very busy youth minister with not a lot of time to cook. I really enjoy cooking for other people, but my bag of recipes is pretty empty and I tend to make the same thing over and over. I'm a "make it simple, make it quick" cook. I would like to try cooking new things, so I need help with the quick and simple stuff. I care for my aging mother and it seems we are always eating the same stuff. I REALLY need to shake things up a bit. Hopefully this site will help.
