About me
Retired pharmacist/retired librarian. I love to cook for my husband -- but he has severe restrictions on what he can eat. I'm always looking for healthier recipes/alternatives/ingredients that he can have and that taste good. However, I'm not averse to occasionally preparing something decadent just for me... :)

Anything tastes good if you put Italian dressing on it. I put it on chicken when I'm to lazy to make a marinade. Good idea. Thanks.

This sounds good!!! Can I make up a batch and keep in frig to use for other meats? Hope so! I'm thinking this would also be good on a Pork roast or tenderloin:)HIGH FIVE!!!!
