Hi, My name is Kathy, aka the souplady. I have always loved soups as a child . My mother used to make homemade soup at least twice a week so I guess I inherited her love of cooking it. Actually, I love to cook anything. Just wish I had a maid to clean up my messes! I'm always trying new recipes for my hubby & I. Haven't had too many disasters that ended up in the garbage so that's a good thing. This site sounds like a friendly group & everyone can always use a new friend or two so I'm glad to be here.
