About me
I am a 28 year old father of one of the cutest little evil geniuses you could ever meet, my son Aidyn, Now there is another on the way. I have been cooking since I was 8 ( with my mother) and have worked in restaurants since I was 14. I am now the executive chef at a country inn in the Jackson, New Hampshire. I love to cook anything, and wish I knew how to cook everything.

I just wanted to thank you for your kind words ..in checking out my fried pickles..sorry that i am just now getting back to you on it...lol....the reason why I don't use buttermilk or any kind of batter on them it makes a really thick crust and myself and family prefer not. so to each his own...thanks again for stopping by.
