Hey.........I am a true Southern Cook from Kingsport Tennessee and LOVE to cook!! I grew up in a home filled with lots of kids & my mom cooked 3 meals a day.........so it came easy to me. I consider myself a very good cook,not a gourmet cook,but I can cook true southern dishes. My greatest cooking secret I have learned is from my 2nd mom Thelma..........she also taught me to cook....& to add a little sugar to anything you fix to make it better!! So a pinch of sugar ...................goes a long way!!!
