About me
Just a young soul who loves to cook and bake. The things i make are usually vegetarian and diabetic friendly. I've been a vegetarian for quite a while and am trying to go vegan now. So far so good, but many of my previous baking recipes really require eggs (sponge cake, traditional pineapple tarts etc). So yeah, i guess i'll just try to create something else! Like everyone else (i think), i love coffee, soy milk, chocolate and natures fruit and vegetables. Oh and vegan pies and pasties from a vegan food co-op : D Oh not to mention i'm an animal lover too, seen quite a few pet pictures around. I've a cat called Churros, yes that's the name of the spanish donut haha).
