About me
I've lived in Spain with my husband for almost 5 yrs now, and love it - the freshness of the veg at the local markets is just unreal conpared to the lack of taste in foods in the UK now. I love recipes books, and often get a fix just from reading them, most of my cooking is based around lower fat meals/dishes. But I still lust after those delightful desserts for a treat every now and again.I'm developing my spicy taste at the moment following a honeymoon in thailand last year... getting more adventurous, but still leanring on that side of cooking.

Hi Sparkle
Instead of zwieback you can use breadcrumbs. Zwieback is slice of sweet raised bread baked again until it is brown and hard and crisp.

I think "fromage frais" is cream cheese in English not jogurt--in German it would be Frischkaese or Quark.
