About me
I'm 41 and live in the quaint sea side town of Marblehead, MA. I've traveled the world more times than I can count and the best part of all of those air miles was indulging in the wonderfully eccentric and eclectic cuisines in each country and region. Although born in Boston, my adopted home town is NYC (Go Yanks!). Having lived there for many years, the great diversity offered in the many boroughs; from Cantonese and Szechuan in Chinatown, to Colombian and Korean in Queens, has greatly influenced my cooking style. Generally, my rule is the fresher and the spicier the better! I look forward to continuing to learn and share with my new cooking buddies! -John
