About me
I have been cooking most of my life. When my family comes over I make all the food. I have some recipes from friends and family that I enjoy making. I love to do dips and appitizers. I also love to BBQ. I have been trying to move towards more low fat & low carb cooking for my husband, kids and Pugs. Yes they are my kids to =).

The teriyaki steak was just about to die for. So much flavor. I allowed the juice to carmalize and added 2 tsps to some rice as well as sauteed thinly sliced onions while cooking steaks. If I had made 2 packs of deer round i would have made myself sick it was so good

The clam dip recipe is soooo good!!! I did a triple batch for New Year's Eve this year and it was gone so fast I should've done 2 triple batches!!! If you try it as posted, let me know what you think. It's so easy and so good, which is why I had to come up with a low fat version too :)
