About me
I'm [almost] 18, still in high school and I absoultly love cooking. I'll get home at midnight after a long day and start cooking. Not because I'm really hungry, just because I like to. I've never really thought to write down my recipes but I will start. I'm always open to new ideas and new flavors. =] Also recently I have won a few cooking contests that I am very proud of even though they are local. =] I've won a chili cook-off, a bake-off, and a "modernized" chinese cuisine contest. [The later I took 2nd in but am still proud since the woman that won was definatly knew what she was doing just a little more than I did.. lol =]
