Next to family and friends, my true passion is cooking~ I have been cooking ever since I was a little girl. My father was a cook in the military, my mother, just gifted in the litchen, and my grandmother (from the south) who was well-known in the entire community for her cakes. I consider myself to have International Taste Buds....I absolutely love to eat, and learn how to prepare diverse ethnic cuisines! In other words, if I am seeking authentic mexican food, that doesn't mean, "Taco Bell," if I am seeking authentic Italian, that doesn't mean Olive Garden. My theory...when in Rome, do as the Romans.
