About me
I was born and raised in Upstate NY to a French Canadian mom and a dad of Polish decent. Thanks go to my parents who encouraged me to try new foods from the time I started eating table foods. I love cooking, reading recipes, talking about food and eating it too. My friends enjoy eating my cakes, cookies, muffins, quiches and biscotti. My family enjoy the traditional Turkish/Mediterranean/Arab influenced dishes that use fresh produce, grains, meats, fish and natural oils and are SO healthy.
