    Hi thanks for your questions and replies everyone :) Yes, you can add one cup of sour cream...or to make it extra moist, I add a full container of sour cream which is 2 cups. YUM.

    Love coffee cake but I have a question - your recipe calls for 1/2 pint of sour cream which is 1 cup - the instructions call for 2 cups. Just wondering which one it is.

    I hope someone can help me with this. I love ribs but it seems everytime I buy the ribs there is lot of meat on it but by the time I cook it and start to eat it there isn't much meat on it. I'm doing something wrong? I hope someone can shed some light on this
