About me
I have a very diverse family.. ... a "want to be" vegetarian 18 year old, a very picky 15 year old and a meat and potatoes 36 year old...... I just strive to eat healthy... Its hard not to leave at least one person dissapointed at dinner. Everyone loves to meet at the dinner table to catch to laugh and catch up.. so Im always on the look out for different dinners to make that possible.

I have been a chef for 35 years and it is the challenge of a lifetime to put out a holiday meal when we all get together.
