About me
I'm from California, live in Queensland, Australia and love to cook. It's been a challege to cook here without 'essential' ingredients like blue cheese dressing and mayonnaise; turkey , real cranberries etc etc. There are big advantages though; we have excellent fresh seafood and produce. I've introduced lots of people to real Mexican food......not the most popular here but getting there.
