About me
I'm a 35 year old wife and proud mama of a 2 1/2 year old we adopted from China. I have always enjoyed cooking. My mother was Italian and I spent countless hours with her in the kitchen while I was growing up. I love to think of cooking as an art form, I find that when I need to relax, I pop into the kitchen and CREATE! I love to experiment with new flavors, I never truely follow recipes and prefer not to be bound by accurate measures, well, unless I'm baking.
