About me
Jaden’s mission in life is to feed people. Her motto: double the recipe and share with friends. She is a cooking instructor at a local cooking school in Sarasota, Florida. All the classes are hands-on in the kitchen, sometimes with over 20 students in the studio kitchen at the same time! Jaden’s specialty is teaching how easy it is to cook delicious meals at home by re-creating complex recipes into simpler, more modern dishes that can be easily cooked for tonight’s dinner. She is also a food columnist for the local newspaper Your Observer and a writer for the Well Fed Network. Born in Hong Kong, Jaden grew up in America and her greatest love is Asian foods with a Western twist.
