I live in a small town in South Louisiana. I am a single Mom to a wonderful daughter and love to cook for anyone who loves to eat. When not in the kitchen I enjoy spending time with my daughter and extended family, dining out, movies, reading, traveling, art...oh yeah and I collect cookbooks and love to read them like a novel.
