About me
Cooking all my life and enjoy good food and drinks around the globe Mother was European chef and pastry maker. . I've been a caterer assistant and bar tender in college. I've thrown some special parties during my 27 years in the USMC. Recently divorced ..though I did all the cooking my ex removed all my special cook books !!! I work as a contractor supporting Marines allowing me to continue supporting our military and have fun.traveling. Have a wonderful apartment with a large kitchen and gas stove. Love to grill and use my electric pressure cooker to save time. Use my china cabinet as by bar and have nice collection of wine to enjoy with my gourmet meals. i usually make enough to feed all my friends

Excellent - a salsa recipe with lots of cilantro! :)I bet it would make great guacamole too - must get avacados at the grocery store tomorrow so I can make both!
