ating organically than I ever have. As a catastrophic insurance adjuster sometimes travel with my work makes it nearly impossible to eat this way. It was Hurricane Katrina that led to the demise of my raw food diet. MRE's and Red Cross meals were the diet of survival then....yuk! x-p
Now that I have settled back home (Virginia) I sometimes like to experiment with new recipes and happened upon this site. I am looking forward to meeting many people to exchange recipes with.
