About me
I love to cook. I also like to follow a recipe and then change it up a bit. Add a little, take out a little. I like to tastae something in a good restaurant and then come home and try to duplicate it, having my husband, Jim, be the judge. If he doesn't think it's right , he won't say he hates it, he just says, "let not have that again." Bless him... I like to cook for the mood I'm in. If I'm feelin down, I'll cook up some comfort food. If I'm having the whole family over, I'll make something wholesome and fun; like a great lasagne w/tons of garlic bread and salad. All the aspects of the meal is a sort of therapy for me. The planning of the menu, the challenge of shopping for it, the chopping, dicing, and prepping helps me escape into my own little world of creativity. So there you have it, me in a nutshell.
