About me
*Sigh* I love food.... I used to hate cooking when I was a kid and would only participate when forced. My mom used to tell me " If you like to eat, you better like to cook!" Yeah whatever Mom. At least that WAS my attitude until I moved out and suddenly I was faced with meal decisions such as - should I have the Top Ramen or Spaghetti for dinner tonight? I learned to cook REAL fast and discovered that not only was I pretty darn good at it, I enjoyed it too. These days I whip up as much home cooking as time will allow and I have a great time trying and inventing new recipes. ....just don't tell my mom, okay? ; )
