About me
I`m a very happy guy living with a wonderful partner who supplied the cheeky chappie sitting on my lap. Not only did she do that but she is due with our second child in two weeks (22/10/09) So I do the cooking. I`ve got 4 children who have enjoy my cooking over the last 25 yrs. So my lady says i should post some recipes for others to enjoy. A amateur I am so dont expect any too great.

Thats right, I was forgeting you guys over there do it different, but you can do it at a lower temp, just be careful with the timing, depending also how thick the steak is. Ha
