I live in anchorage Alaska, And I love to cook, I am into any types of soul food and Polynesian food yuuuummmoooo as long a there is no seafood I am deathly allergic to it :( but just recently tried Chicken and potato curry and I loved it so now I am on a hunt to find a good recipe. I am easy going and very laid back tho, So thanks for stopping bye!

I just posted a recipe to make Garam masala... but you can get it at most stores that sell spices... its prob easier to find than the cassa bark called for in my recipe.. lol.. but cinnamon sticks will make an "ok" substitute
