Sorry I am so late getting back to you. You asked what my favorite dish is to cook, and commented on my comments/variations on your Ginger Rice recipe. First...I really can't eat plain white rice anymore. I was at a friends house for dinner, and they were serving rice. While most people may ask for S&P, I asked for ginger. Thanks,... I am now even weirder than before!!! As for my favorite dish, it is actually an appetizer. I buy cheese bread from a Bakery, put mayo, or butter, on slices, place a four cheese blend on top, and bake. Then I serve it w/ my homemade apple butter.I love it and so does everyone who tries it.

I made this last night to have w/ my lunch today. Very qick and easy to make, and it was AWESOME!
