    Wonderful idea..thanks. I do the same thing with corn on the cob...I put several pieces on a plate, add 14 cup of water to the plate and use another plate to cover the corn...set the microwave for 10 minutes and "git er done". Turns out beautiful if you are rushed for time and just craving some sweet corn...

    I still have the original Peg Bracken book. This recipe never fails. I modify it by adjusting the amount of the soup mix--a half pack works pretty well for a round steak, a whole pack for a pot roast.

    Trust me my life isn't easy and yes naps are always wanted here too, but thank god I have a loving and VERY helpful husband otherwise I couldn't do it all.
