About me
Cooking is a joy; one I share with my fiancé. We are a GREAT team in the kitchen and we create wonderful, delicious, tasty, and healthy dishes and meals. I like comfort foods that soothe your soul...something that's inexpensive, uncomplicated, and easy to prepare...one of my all time favorites being macaroni and cheese after a long day at the office. Although, this past year I've committed to eating healthier and have cut back on foods with high fat grams and sugars which means less comfort foods but when I do indulge, they are all the better! : ) I am Christian and love God. I have three wonderful grown daughters; all in college. In addition to cooking my interests include genealogy, crocheting, computers, web design, traveling, digital photography, social networking, fitness & walking, and horses.
