About me
Hello everyone from the Land of Enchantment - New Mexico! I stumbled across this website looking for low carb recipes. My husband and I are both retired and have three children, ages 32-37, and five grandchildren, ages 1-12. Being from this area, Mexican food is plentiful and varied in the style of cooking. Being originally from Maryland I really miss the seafood (and the four seasons) but we get back there every couple years to eat our fill. We enjoy RVing during the warmer months but aren't really long distance travelers. I am glad I came across this site and look forward to seeing lots of great recipes from all of you!
