    I made this tonight alongside the warm apple slaw. I thought the chops needed a bit more seasoning, but that's just me. I also used the end pieces off of a pork loin from Sam's Club. The end pieces are not the best, so I will try again with good center cut chops and add a bit more salt and pepper. Delicious though and the warm apple slaw was out of this world. Wonderful combo. Thanks!

    So sorry to take so long to respond ~ have been out of touch since before Christmas. There is a funny Paula Deen that I must share since you brought it up! I am a reading specialist for our local school system, so I know a zillion kids. I was in the grocery store, selecting fresh produce when one of the grandmothers of one of my students recognized me and exclaimed, right out loud, "Oh my! I thought I had run into Paula Deen in disguise! Of course, now it's a joke at my home. You see, I sold all my stock in Lady Clairol and have let the 'silver wisdon' shine through! I'm almost there, just a couple more inches to blend in. Anyway, lots of blessings to you and your family; look forward to sharing stories and recipes w/ you! deb
